Basic Hands-On Art-making Management Workshop #1

This workshop demonstrates basic hands-on techniques and ethnics of art-making management. The workshop covers proper procedures from preparation, logistics, shipping, artwork handling, precaution for accident and disaster, artwork installation and de-installation. Professional art-making practice aims to create favorable environment that fits in your artistic creation, also to build good relationship with fellow artists, curators and co-workers in order to secure smooth execution.

這個工作坊主要示範發表個人藝術作品所牽涉的實際管理技巧和操守。內容包括正式展覽程序，由事前準備、物流、海外托運、藝術品處理、意外預防措施、作品裝置到拆卸。藝術家除了專注創作本身，為自己營造一個理想的展示作品的環境是同樣重要；此外，了解整個業界運作有助跟策展人、其他藝術家、工作伙伴建立良好的合作關係，以令展覽過程更順暢無礙。
